Invest in 3 months of personalized support and attention designed to help you achieve lasting health transformation. This package includes:

  • Month 1: Deep-Dive and High-Touch Support: The first month focuses on full, personalized attention with your initial consultation, custom nutrition, macronutrients, & fitness plan, and ongoing check-ins via email or messaging to ensure you're supported every step of the way.

  • Months 2 & 3: Integration and Ongoing Coaching: For the following months, you’ll continue to have access to messaging for questions and adjustments. Your plan will continue to be updated in the apps that we utilize together, to ensure progression with your goals and fitness. If you feel you need more in-depth support, you can easily book additional sessions for a deeper dive into your progress.

  1. Initial deep-dive consultation (60 - 75 minutes)

  2. Delivery of your custom plans (nutrition, movement, daily meal template)
